Atelier Ryza 2 Launches on December 3, Free PlayStation 5 Upgrade Announced

GUST Studios and KOEI TECMO have just announced that Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy will land on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch on December 3, at least in Japan. During Tokyo Games Show, the developers also confirmed that owners of the PlayStation 4 version of the game will receive a free upgrade to PlayStation 5 when they buy the new console. The PlayStation 5 version of Atelier Ryza 2 will launch at the same time as the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch versions. Unfortunately, the game won't make it to PC (via Steam) until January 2021, GUST Studios revealed earlier today. There's a catch though, if you plan to purchase the physical PlayStation 5 version of Atelier Ryza 2, you will only be able to pick up the standard edition.
