Samsung to Announce New Smartphones in August, Report Claims

Samsung is expected to take the wraps off a new lineup of high-end phone models at an event in August, according to a new report, though, for the time being, no confirmation in this regard is offered. The report claims the Galaxy S21 FE, the Galaxy Z Fold 3, and the Galaxy Z Flip 3 could all be part of the announcements. There are two important things that need to be mentioned here. First and foremost, the timing seems just about right. Samsung typically unveiled its new Galaxy Note model in August, but this year, this device would no longer get a refresh. So given it skips this year’s update for the Galaxy Note, Samsung doesn’t want to ditch its tradition of launch new devices in August, therefore the company comes up with new foldables and the S21 SE instead of a new Note.
