The former Colorado governor, who just months ago stumbled over whether he identifies as a capitalist, is expected Thursday morning to strongly denounce socialism after his presidential primary rival U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders laid out his vision for how democratic socialism can continue to transform the United States.
