Plane crashes in Dyes Inlet, only person on board is uninjured
Wednesday, 7 August 2019 () A plane crashed in the Dyes Inlet Tuesday evening, according to Central Kitsap Fire and Rescue first responders. The pilot was on board and walked away with minor injuries.
The pilot told KOMO News he was flying and approaching to land at Dyes Inlet but he said his landing gear was down and he had trouble raising the wheels before he landed. He said the plane flipped over when it touched the water.
