Ceremonies in New York, Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C., marked the anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terror attacks. In New York, family members and first responders returned to ground zero to remember loved ones lost 18 years ago. Wendy Gillette reports from lower Manhattan.
