Armed man inside Ill. bank with at least 1 hostage

Police say customers or employees are stuck inside an Illinois bank with an armed robber. Police surrounded Heritage Credit Union in Rockford, 90 miles northwest of Chicago. The incident began around 2:30 p.m. Friday. (Jan. 3)
