Randy Rainbow is at it again, this time listing many of President Trump’s recent transgressions in a parody video titled “No Rules.” The song, posted on Wednesday, is a play on Dua Lipa’s hit “New Rules.”

The video starts with Rainbow “interviewing” Attorney General William Barr, who has defended the President in spite of his interference with Justice Department matters. Earlier this week, Trump criticized the judge overseeing the case of associate Roger Stone on Twitter. Barr responded that Trump’s tweets “make it impossible for me to do my job.”

Whereas the chorus of Dua Lipa’s song lists warnings about men, Rainbow’s version lists Trump’s legal and ethical violations.

Rainbow’s chorus goes:

“One, ignore the law. Pretend the Constitution isn’t there any more.”

“Two, stick up for thugs. No matter what they’re guilty of.”

“Three, pick up the phone. Pressure foreign governments to interfere with elections.”

Later, during the reprise, Rainbow lists additional Trump transgressions:

“One, attack veterans. Then decorate your homophobic chauvinist friends.”

“Two, start World War III. Then blame it all on Hillary.”

“Three, deny that you wear make-up. And then wear a lot of make-up if you want to.”

“There are no rules for Donald,” Rainbow concludes, showing a montage of the president’s most ardent supporters, including Lindsay Graham, Susan Collins, Mitch McConnell and Jim Jordan — who all defended Trump during the impeachment process.

Rainbow has done parodies of Trump in the past, including a “Quid Pro Quo” song set to the tune of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s “I Cain’t Say No.”

In an August interview with CNN’s John Berman, Rainbow explained the popularity of his videos, which lampoon Trump and nearly everyone in his administration: “I understand now that what I’m doing is really even more important than I knew. I think it’s just a testament to how healing and important — especially in times like this — humor is.”
