Supreme Court rules against landowners in Montana Superfund fight

On Monday, April 20, 2020, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that landowners in the 300 square miles around the toxic former copper mine must have federal approval before suing Atlantic Richfield Co. to help them restore property contaminated by arsenic and lead.
