Search warrant issued in disappearance of Kristin Smart, who vanished nearly 24 years ago

A search warrant was issued Wednesday at the home of a longtime person of interest in the disappearance of Kristen Smart, a California college student who vanished 23 years ago after attending a party near her school, police said.
