S.D. governor says she hopes Smithfield plant can reopen in days

South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem on Monday said she believes that Smithfield's Sioux Falls pork processing plant can reopen "really quickly" as soon as employees can safely be accommodated, hopefully within days.
