NYC store owner 'frustrated' by delayed stimulus

A merchant in New York City says he is still awaiting money from the federal paycheck protection program. Bijan Hedvat, who owns nine women's clothing stores in Manhattan, had to furlough his employees and still has to pay rent while he waits. (May 14)
