Wisconsin holds primary election despite virus concerns

Wisconsin is holding its Tuesday primary despite Democrats’ attempts to delay it over the coronavirus pandemic. Social distancing will be in effect at polling stations, though the state’s Democratic governor says Republicans are forcing people to choose between their health and their right to vote.
