Beto O'Rourke bowed out of the presidential race Friday, surprising staffers and supporters in Iowa, where he was scheduled to speak at a Democratic party event. The Democratic candidates are entering the crunch period before the Iowa caucus in February. Ed O'Keefe reports from Iowa.
