High school students say measures to curb youth vaping won't work

Three New Jersey high school students spoke with "CBS This Morning" about whether or not new measures to curb teen vaping would actually work. They said they have friends who are addicted and are skeptical anything would get them to stop. Tony Dokoupil reports
