NASCAR rallies around Bubba Wallace at Talladega as FBI joins investigation into noose incident

The Department of Justice is investigating a racist threat against NASCAR's only black full-time driver. That announcement came one day after racing officials found a noose hanging in Bubba Wallace's garage stall. Racers rallied around him at the Talladega Superspeedway in Alabama on Monday.
