The official death toll in the Philippines from Typhoon Haiyan is approaching 4,000 and 1,100 people are listed as missing. The U.N. estimates the storm has left as many as 2 million people homeless, but food, water, and medical supplies are starting to make their way to the many in need. Seth Doane reports.
