Heart disease risk reduction

There are new concerns over the guidelines for cholesterol and who should take statins to reduce the risk of heart disease. The guidelines were put out by the American Heart Association and the American College of Cardiology. Dr. Evelina Grayver, Director of the Coronary Care Unit at North Shore University Hospital in New York, joins UTTM to discuss the questions being raised over the formula used to calculate the guidelines.
