Nasty winter storm slams Midwest, heads east

A thick snowfall, blustery winds and fresh layers of ice confronted the Midwest Monday as local governments struggled to meet another winter challenge. Winter weather advisories are in effect across the region, travel on the roads has been dangerous and airports are once again cancelling flights, stranding thousands. Dean Reynolds reports.
