An Arizona Senate race is taking on new importance following the death of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. The contest between former astronaut Mark Kelly and Senator Martha McSally could help determine the vote on President Trump's Supreme Court nominee, depending on the timing.
