Portland rioters smash courthouse window, damage businesses before police declare unlawful assembly

While the nation was still reeling from unrest in the nation’s Capitol on Wednesday, a group of protesters roamed through downtown Portland where they managed to damage property and smash a window at the county courthouse before police declared the demonstration an unlawful assembly.
