NYPD, protesters clash in Manhattan on MLK Day with 29 arrested

The New York Police Department said at least 29 people were arrested – and at least 11 officers were injured – Monday when a crowd of protesters showing out on what would Martin Luther King Jr.’s 92nd birthday converged with police outside City Hall in lower Manhattan.
