Derek Chauvin Trial May Be Delayed Over Court Ruling on Third-Degree Murder

An appeals court has ruled that a judge must reconsider whether to add a third-degree murder charge against Mr. Chauvin, who is scheduled to go on trial next week for the death of George Floyd.
