Schools closed, snow emergency declared in Philadelphia

There are new fears in Philadelphia that the half-foot of snow on the ground could turn to ice as temperatures fall into the single digits. The storm has put the city on track to be the second snowiest winter of record. CBS News' Michelle Miller reports.
