Burglar stares at sleeping infant – caught on tape

Caught on Tape: In Texas, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Safe Home Task Force is seeking the public’s help in identifying a burglary suspect who is seen on surveillance video walking through the victims' home and staring at their infant while they slept.
