Police arrest suspect in Brooklyn children stabbings

Police arrested 27-year-old Daniel St. Hubert as their prime suspect in a Brooklyn, N.Y., elevator stabbing that killed 6-year-old P.J. Avitto and left 7-year-old Mikayla Capers in critical condition.
