4-year-old boy survives after falling 230 feet down cliffside

Suffering a broken arm and leg, the boy is recovering after falling down a 230-foot cliffside Monday in Northern California. The boy was conscious and crying when a fire captain and two paramedics hoisted him to safety. Gayle King reports.
