11/24: Mo. grand jury reaches a decision on Michael Brown case; University of Virginia suspends fraternities over rape allegation

A St. Louis grand jury has made a decision on whether to charge a Missouri police officer over the death of an unarmed black teenager. The University of Virginia is suspending fraternity and sorority activities until next semester, after a student says she was gang-raped in a fraternity by seven men.
