Congress passes last-minute funding bill despite late add-ons

House members narrowly approved a $1.1 trillion spending bill late Thursday night, hours before the deadline that threatened government shutdown. It will fund the government for another 9 months. The Senate could vote on the bill Friday. Nancy Cordes reports on how after much haggling, both sides tacked on pet provisions.
