Congress concerned with Obama's move on Cuba

The President's move infuriated some on Capitol Hill and overjoyed others. Only Congress has the power to lift the longstanding travel ban on American citizens going to Cuba. This is not an issue that breaks down neatly on partylines. Nancy Cordes reports.
