Obama pushes Congress to approve battle plan against ISIS

A House committee holds the first hearing Thursday morning on President Obama's request to approve military force against ISIS. The War Powers Act resolution follows more than 2,300 airstrikes on ISIS targets in Iraq and Syria. The proposed legislation already has many critics from both parties.
