President Obama: Keystone XL pipeline "has earned my veto"

As expected, President Obama vetoed a bill Tuesday which approved the controversial Keystone XL oil pipeline, passed by the Republican-controlled House and Senate. CBS News Congressional Correspondent Nancy Cordes explains why this doesn't come as much of a surprise.
