Tens of millions across U.S. facing more snow, ice and cold

The next big winter storm is building in the southern Rockies. It's expected to cause trouble from Utah to New York by the end of the weekend. Millions in the South are hoping it doesn't threaten them, as they dig out from a snowstorm that knocked out power and tied up highways. Vinita Nair reports from Durham, North Carolina.
