He's only been a U.S. Senator for two months, but has already managed to convince 46 other Republican Senators to sign a controversial letter to Iran. The letter, which warns the Islamic Republic that any nuclear deal reached with the Obama administration could be undone with the "stroke of a pen," has put Sen. Tom Cotton on the map.
