Durst attorney says prosecution's case is "weak"

Robert Durst's lead attorney Dick DeGuerin told CBS News the evidence in the case against his client will present problems for the prosecution. Durst is charged with the murder of Susan Berman, a former longtime friend of the millionaire heir. Erin Moriarty of "48 Hours" reports.
