Ted Kennedy institute hopes to inspire future generation

“No one made the Senate come alive like Ted Kennedy,” said President Obama during the dedication ceremony for the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the U.S. Senate in Boston. The institute includes a replica of the Senate floor to be used by students. Chip Reid reports.
