John Hinckley Jr., the man who tried to assassinate President Reagan in 1981, went to court to convince a judge to let him spend more time at home. The 59-year-old currently splits his time between St. Elizabeth's Mental Hospital in Washington D.C., and his 89-year-old mother's home in Williamsburg, Virginia. Major Garrett reports.
