Washington and Tehran hold indirect talks on reviving Iran nuclear deal

The U.S. and Iran have begun negotiations through intermediaries on what it would take to revive a nuclear deal. Behnam Ben Taleblu, senior fellow at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, joins "Red and Blue" anchor Elaine Quijano with more on the indirect talks held Tuesday in Vienna.
