Towns called out for profiting off speed traps

Small towns across the country often use speeding ticket revenues to pay their bills, but the AAA says some towns are policing for profit. Kris Van Cleave reports from Virginia where that state is joining others limiting the amount of money towns can keep from operating speed traps.
