Hillary Clinton changes tune on email controversy

Hillary Clinton is trying to change the way she's handled the controversy over her use of private email during her time as Secretary of State. Clinton apologized Tuesday in a contrite letter posted to Facebook. CBS News correspondent Nancy Cordes reports.
