Rain, floods, mudslides and tornado hit Northwest

Oregon and Washington state are still being battered after days of heavy rain, deadly floods, mudslides -- and even a tornado. And it's not over yet. Flood, rain and snow advisories are posted from northern Washington to central California. David Begnaud reports from Mount Hood in Oregon.
