Charges filed against friend of San Bernardino shooters

Federal prosecutors made the first arrest connected to the mass shooting in San Bernardino. The FBI arrested Enrique Marquez, a longtime friend of Syed Farook. Among other charges, Marquez is accused of purchasing the weapons Farook and his wife Tashfeen Malik used in the attacks. Carter Evans reports.
