It is a devastating start to the Christmas holiday, as at least eight people are dead from violent storms that ripped through the South and Midwest. More than 25 million Americans could face more severe storms Thursday. At least 20 twisters have been reported. Weather Channel meteorologist Mike Seidel reports from Holly Springs, Mississippi, where a tornado killed a 7-year-old boy.
