Massive blizzard slams East Coast

A powerful blizzard is dumping historic amounts of snow on the Eastern Seaboard and has shut down the country's most populous city. Eleven states and Washington, D.C., have declared a state of emergency, and a full travel ban has been declared in New York City. Marlie Hall has more from the snowy Big Apple.
