Emails reveal governor's officials flagged early on Flint water

Problems began to surface in Flint, Michigan when the city switched its water source from Lake Huron to the polluted Flint River. Emails are now showing that Governor Snyder's aides knew about the water problem early on. Dean Reynolds explains.
