Republicans clearly favoring Donald Trump, Ted Cruz so far

GOP front-runner Donald Trump won two states on Super Saturday, leaving him with 81 more delegates than Sen. Ted Cruz in second place. Sen. Marco Rubio, however, has only won two states to date.
