Millions threatened by flooding in the South

Floods have impacted thousands throughout the South already, and the severe weather isn't over. Millions remain under flood warnings Monday. Parts of Louisiana have been submerged, and levees are close breaching. CBS News' David Begnaud is in the middle of it in central Louisiana.
