John Kerry: U.S. taking out one ISIS leader every day

Secretary of State John Kerry says the United States is making “real progress” in its long-term mission to defeat the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS). Kerry says the United States has recaptured 40 percent of terrorist-held territory in Syria since 2014 and takes out about one ISIS leader every day.
