Fired Atlanta Officer Who Shot Rayshard Brooks Reinstated Due To Personnel Rules

The Atlanta Police Department moved to dismiss Rolfe the day after he shot Brooks in the parking lot of a Wendy's. An oversight board ruled the department did not follow city code when firing him.
