State Attorney Rules No Crime Committed When Florida Elementary School Principal Paddled Student

The state attorney's office has ruled that an elementary school principal did not commit a crime when she paddled a six-year-old girl's buttocks because it appeared the girl's mother asked for her to be disciplined.
