Flooding Threatens 35 Million People in South-Central US With 12-15 Inches of Rain Seen in South Lake Charles, Western Louisiana

Flood warnings and watches were still imposed on Tuesday for parts of the south-central US after a day of torrential rain that left houses and streets flooded. Louisiana was hit especially hard on Monday.
